We are a private company and only a reselling
dealer of other courier companies therefore we are not a part
of Fedex, UPS, DHL or DTDC and we do not represent, act or
work on behalf of these courier companies in anyway, therefore
to make any enquiry regarding a parcel which you have sent
or you are expecting delivery you must contact directly to
these courier companies, we cannot pass on anykind of query
to any of the courier companies, for example, While tracking
your parcel online if you find delay in delivery you must
contact the courier company directly by using their contact
numbers given on the courier company website.
We have our own pre-defined operating days and working hours.
After dispatching your parcel in timely manner during week
days we do not take any responsibility if your parcel has
not delivered in time; if you want to claim any compensation
you will require to contact the choosen courier company directly,
once the courier company has approved your claim we will refund
you 100% of the amount which they refund us, we will not be
able to refund 100% cost of the shipment which you paid.
Our liability is to initiate the process of
customer's shipment which include (1) providing a customer
detail of shipment transit time as it appear on the choosen
company's online system, and the cost of shipment, (2) completing
the necessary shipment documentations, (3) providing a customer
tracking number and (4) taking money using our companies own
way of payment methods. We than dispatch the customer's parcel
via choosen courier company, In some cases our own courier
pickup customers parcels, please do not expect our courier
drivers wearing uniform of Fedex, UPS, DHL or DTDC. They will
have all the information regarding your parcel which you booked
through phone or online and they should provide you receipt
of your shipment payment, for identification purpose they
are instructed to carry company identity card as well, if
you experience anything unusuall or have any doubt about it
you may always call us on 0207 409 0083 to confirm the identity
of the courier person. We do not take any responsibility if
you hand over your parcel to any un-identified person.
